What “compliance-ready” means - and what it doesn't
We deliberately do not claim to be “certified” or “fully compliant.” No software can guarantee that on its own. What My AI CCO provides is a foundation built for GDPR and the EU AI Act: the controls, transparency, and records that make it far easier for you to meet your obligations. Achieving and maintaining full compliance still requires your own governance - a data protection officer or legal review, your policies, and your sign-off. We give you the tooling; you own the accountability.

Nothing external happens without you. Sending email, publishing, purchasing, or deleting each pass through an approval gate before anything runs.
Everything is auditable
Every action the organization takes is logged and attributable - who (or which AI) did what, when, and why - so you can reconstruct any decision.
AI transparency (EU AI Act Art. 50)
We keep a live register of the AI systems in use and the model behind each one. AI output is clearly marked as assistive and to be verified.
Subprocessor transparency
Every connected third party that may process your data is listed with the exact access it was granted. Nothing connects without your action.

Access, portability, and erasure are first-class. You can review what is held, export it, and request deletion.
